SCOPE OF WORK 1. Containment with negative air and three stage decontamination is required. 2. Remove and Haul away all haz-mat mold per regulations. 3. Use proper PPE . 4. Provide, proper signage for mold 5. Remove and replace all 2x4 ceiling tiles. 6. Scrub all metal ceiling/ walls surfaces from mold. 7. Protect areas from further contamination. 8. Work to be completed after hours to include Sundays. 9. Kilns to be painted onto surface difficult areas. 10. Locate utilities before starting work to shut down air system. 11. Notify any agencies if need be. 12. All tear down must be done, one air clearance has been achieved. 13. All work will be monitored by a Consultant provided by the district, all work to be done in full compliance with all state and Local regulations.
