Renovation of an educational facility in Monterey Park, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Scope of Services: Furnish all labor and equipment needed to remove condenser tubes. Prepare the tubes and surfaces to include grit blasting and Belzona coating in the condenser. Provide all new copper tubes that meet or exceed Trane factory specifications for Chiller #3 in this scope of work. Prepare all tube sheets for new tubes. Clean out the existing condenser barrel from all debris that may be left over from the broken impeller. Install new tubes Scrap tubes shall remain on site for ELAC's disposal. Pressure test and leak check assembly after installation. Note that the chiller is currently disassembled and under repair. The awarding contractor for this project shall coordinate with existing onsite contractor for both scopes of work and arrange for testing of the overall equipment. Question Deadline 08/05/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes The Prime Contractors and its Subcontractors shall make a good faith effort to meet the thirty percent (30%) participation by Local, Small, Emerging and Disabled Veteran (LSEDV) businesses on the project.
