The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the construction of: Rural Municipality of Cartier Springstein Lagoon Dyke Repair for a unit price remuneration, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The major items of Work are: Topsoil Stripping and Stockpiling Earthworks Rip Rap Performance Bond for an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Total Bid Price. Labour and Material Payment Bond for an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Total Bid Price. (Note: Owner will only request a Labour and Material Payment Bond, in conjunction with a Performance Bond).
