Site work for a water / sewer project in Florence, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City is accepting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors to compete the waterline extensions on Southborough Road. Work included: Provide such field engineering services as are required for proper completion of the Work including, but not necessarily limited to: Provide all staking required to construct the facility from base lines established by the Engineer. Establish proper line and levels for installation of utilities. Provide surveying for record drawing The work to be done consists of furnishing materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct waterline extension along Southborough Road, consisting of the following approximate quantities: Installation of 1,363 linear feet of new 12 and 6 waterline Installation of 3 fire hydrants and associated appurtenances All questions concerning this invitation to bid shall be made in writing and directed to Mr. Lynwood Givens at (843) 665-3165. Mr. Givens e-mail address is lgivens@cityofflorence.com. If necessary, Mr. Givens may refer questions to the Engineer, Michael Henry, Jr., P.E., of AECOM.
