The City of Upland is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the 11th Street Flashing Signal Beacon & Alley Improvements Project. The work to be performed under this Contract generally consists of electrical service conduit, service pedestal and meter, removal and disposal of existing asphalt pavement surface, cold milling, grading, compaction, and paving. The work also includes Installation of traffic flashing beacon equipment; removal and reconstruction of Portland cement concrete (PCC) sidewalk; construction of PCC "V"-gutter; and all appurtenant work necessary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvements in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. All requests for information (RFI) responses shall be in written form and shall be directed and sent no later than July 2, 2024, by 3:00 p.m. to: Bob Critchfiel bcritchfield@uplandca.gov
