Renovation of a water / sewer project in Upland, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Stand-by Generator Installation and Replacement Project The work to be performed under this Contract generally consists of the installation of a new standby diesel generator, automatic transfer switch and all other appurtenant equipment required at city water facility sites Plant 2 and Plant 6 and the removal of the existing oversized standby diesel generator from the City Animal Shelter Facility and replacement with a smaller appropriately sized standby diesel generator. The existing 275kW generator has only 49.4 total run hours and is considered salvageable and shall be provided with a separate salvage value (Credit) as a part of this bid. Project Description: The City of Upland is planning for replacement of existing stand-by generator for the Upland Animal Shelter located at 1275 San Bernardino Avenue. The proposed project is for installation of stand-by generators at three locations with one of them being the animal shelter. The attached plans will show for three locations.
