Additionally, if the awarded contract has a total cost greater than $50,000.00, the successful bidder must provide a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond with a surety, and in a form, acceptable to the City. A one hundred percent (100%) Labor and Material Payment Bond and/or other additional security with a surety, and in a form, acceptable to the City must also be provided.
