CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 7/8/2024 2:00 PM All questions and communications about this Request for Proposal and submission requirements must be directed to the City of Waterbury via Electronically. Successful Proposer shall commence work upon delivery of WDC's written Notice to Proceed and shall reach Substantial Completion of all work and services required under this RFP within NINETY (90) consecutive calendar days and shall reach Final Completion within ONE HUNDRED TWENTY(120) consecutive calendar days of WDC's written Notice to Proceed. The Proposer to whom a contract is offered, must furnish to the City, if that contract has a total cost greater than FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($50,000.00), a one hundred (100) percent Performance Bond and a one hundred (100) percent Payment Bond each with a surety company acceptable to the City and in a form acceptable to the City.
