City of Bellingham (City) issued a Request for Proposal ("RFP") for Little Squalicum Park Pier Rehabilitation. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights. All communications should be in writing and addressed to the following: City of Bellingham, Purchasing Office, 210 Lottie Street, Bellingham, Washington 98225 The bidder agrees that they will complete all work as required within 100 working days All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The improvement consists of: demolition, TESC, work over water, carpentry, electrical, steel fabrication, asbestos abatement, site restoration, and all other work as shown in the plans and specifications necessary to complete the project. Price Range: $1,500,000 - $2,100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
