Site work for a power facility in Garland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
The components of the work to be performed by the Contractor shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following major items. This list of components has been divided between items that are procured by the Owner and items to be procured by the Contractor. A complete list of materials showing the designated Purchaser is included in Appendix A. The Contractor shall be responsible for any and all components, materials, & tools required to complete the components of work as listed below, to be performed by the contractor, unless specifically stated herein or in Appendix A of this document. Any questions pertaining to this request must be submitted through https://garlandtx.ionwave.net no later than July 08, 2024 at 5:00 p.m Oakland Substation Electrical Construction Question Deadline 07/11/2024 at 5:00 PM CT This is an evaluated bid. Please pay close attention to the GP&L Construction Contractors Questionnaire and provide all of the information requested in a complete and organized response. A Bid Bond is required in the amount of 5% with your bid response. Failure to provide one could deem your bid response non-responsive. A Performance, Payment and Maintenance (2 yr.) Bond will be required upon notification of award.
