Renovation of a mixed-use development in Garland, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB must be listed as certified on the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) located at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: Garland Heat Exchanger Repair/Replacement services for the VA North Texas Health Care System (Garland, TX) in accordance with Statement of Work. Proposed Period of Performance: Base year only: 08/12/2024 to 03/31/2025. Offeror shall submit offers directly via email to Jose Campa, Senior Contract Specialist, at Jose.Campa@va.gov. Subject line of e-mail shall be Quote 36C25724Q0750 - Garland Heat Exchanger Repair/Replacement by Due Date/Time specified in Block 8 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449 of the solicitation.
