Site work for a service station / car wash facility in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
Provide all labor, equipment, and material to install bus charging stations for four buses and infrastructure for an additional twelve. A Bid Bond is required. A one hundred percent (100%) contractors Performance and Payment Bond; a Public Works Contract (form supplied by Owner); and Certificate(s) and Endorsement(s) of Issuance per the General Terms and Conditions are required before award is final. The Issaquah School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. No bidder may withdraw the bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days.
