*As of 08/29/2024, all bids have been rejected.* All work described under the terms of this contract shall be completed within 40 working days following the date of commencement. This work shall include, but is not limited to, removing and replacing the following: 1 ADA pedestrian curb ramp Approximately 8750 SF of 4-inch flatwork on top of a water membrane and 4 inches of foam. (removing and replacing concrete ONLY). Approximately 107 LF of Curb and Gutter Approximately 1150 SF of 4-inch flatwork 7 stairs, 6inch height, with a 90-degree angle at a 3:1 length ratio. See Contract documents for pictures and maps to further describe scope of work. It is highly recommended that a contractor performs a site visit prior to submitting a bid proposal for this project. We reserve the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids (if not compliant with RCW 39.04.350 & RCW 39.26.160) and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for the collective total of the schedule. Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid.
