RFQ Engineering - Morgan County Community Splash Pad Morgan County Fiscal Court has received a Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant for the Morgan County Community Splash Pad Project. Morgan County Fiscal Court is procuring professional services for the project. Professional services may include but are not limited to: feasibility and planning studies, preliminary engineering/architectural reports, cost estimate preparation, planning, design, construction administration, inspection, other required engineering services, and administration. The objective of the competitive process is to objectively select the firm that will provide the highest quality of service. Selected respondents may be interviewed, and the firm(s) judged most qualified will be asked to prepare a final proposal which would include fees for said services.
