Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gainesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of August 21, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Hall County, Georgia, Board of Commissioners (herein "County"), is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor and materials for resurfacing of roadways, drainage improvement, and replacement of curb and sidewalks in Highland Gate Subdivision (herein "Services"). The County seeks to award one (1) contractor to perform all the services. Bidders must submit one (1) copy of their bid along with all completed mandatory documents, signed affidavits in hardcopy, and also include on one (1) USB Flash Drive with all documents. Public Reading: Bid openings are open to the public and Bidders. Bidders are not required to attend bid openings but may do so. The Issuing Officer named herein will open and publicly read all Bidders' company names and cost proposals on the date, time, and at the address above. A bid bond of five percent (5%) is required. Performance and payment bonds are required at 100% of the face value of the awarded amount and must be received by the County before a Notice to Proceed is issued. A five percent (5%) retainage rate is required. Liquidated damages are assessed for each calendar day that exceeds one hundred and twenty (120) Bidders’ Questions Due: Friday, July 12, 2024 calendar days.
