Site work for a mixed-use development in Gainesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Gainesville is requesting individual Proposals for furnishing materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the Linwood Boat Dock project. This Project consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to fabricate, assemble and install a 44 foot x 52 foot Boat Dock including: walkways, roof, siding, anchors, lighting, heaters, access doors, boat lifts, an approach gangway ramp and shoreline steps, and a six (6) foot wide mulched pathway as shown on the project drawings. The project also includes permitting and clearing vegetation and trees and installing rip-rap at the shoreline entrance to the dock. Pre-qualification of Proposers is not required for this project. A Statement of Proposers Qualifications shall be submitted with the Proposal. Any explanation desired by a Proposer regarding the meaning or interpretation of this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be requested in writing prior to 12:00 PM (noon), local time, on Thursday, July 18, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive informalities in Proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the Owners interest.
