Description : Spokane County (SC) is utilizing the Progressive-Design-Build alternative public works contracting procedures, authorized under RCW 39.10, in an effort to enhance innovation and efficiencies between the designer and contractor, while also realizing significant savings in the project's schedule and budget. With these established goals, SC is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Progressive-Design-Builders. Question Deadline 10/28/2024 at 3:00 PM PT The Procurement Coordinator is the sole point of contact for the OWNER for this procurement should there be an issue.
