Construction Services Newman Lake Water Quality Improvement Project NATURE OF THE PROJECT: Spokane County is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all materials, labor, equipment and permitting necessary for the Newman Lake Water Quality Improvement Project. Scope of work generally includes but is not limited to: Demolish existing in-lake oxygenation system (Speece cone) and requisite oxygen delivery and electrical lines, demolish existing alum injection system and delivery lines, install new line diffuser oxygenation system and oxygen delivery lines, install 2 new air compressors, 2 air dryers, 1 air receiver tank, 1 AirSEP, and refurbish existing AS-L AirSep. Environmental planning and permitting is ongoing and will be provided to the Contractor to include Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA), Floodplain Development Permit, Shoreline Review, and SEPA ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: -Base Bid including sales tax (8.1%): $2,287,000 -Bid Alternate including sales tax (8.1%): $2,385,000 Question Deadline 07/24/2024 Bid-Results:- 1.
