The City of Spokane Solid Waste Disposal Waste to Energy Facility (COS WTEF), 2900 S. Geiger Blvd, Spokane, WA 99224-5400, is requesting quotes for Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) replacement parts as-needed for current operating system, EcoChem MC3, which is a hot, wet system. Should additional CEMS related items, be needed that are not currently listed on pricing page, the awarded supplier shall provide a percentage of supplier's list cost for items that may be realized at a later point in time. The proposed contract shall be for a one year (1) year period beginning approximately July 15, 2024 spanning thru July 14. 2025. Contract renewals or extensions, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the City. The contract may be extended for four (4) additional one-year contract periods, subject to mutual agreement, with the total contract period not to exceed five (5) years. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/21/2024 8:00 AM All communication between the Bidder and the City upon receipt of this bid shall be via the "Clarification Tab" within online. Any other communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.
