Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Summary: This public works project consists of sidewalk improvements for new bus stops. Work will include traffic control, demolition, grading, placement of concrete, landscaping, and signage post installations. Please direct all questions regarding this project to the Procurement Coordinator stated above. Bidders may obtain electronic copies of plans and specifications from the Procurement Coordinator.
