Site work for a water / sewer project in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The sanitary sewer rehabilitation will consist primarily of Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) to line much of the existing main sewer system at the Mount Seymour Park ski hill as well as the rehabilitation of 13 sanitary manholes. The sanitary sewer rehabilitation work will consist primarily of Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining of much of the existing main and tributaries, consisting of 15 pipe sections for a total length of approximately 988m and with interior diameters of 150 and 200mm, with sections ranging from 24m to 114m in individual length. Each pipe section has a manhole at both ends. The work also includes rehabilitation of 13 sanitary manholes, primarily by cleaning, chemical grout injection into barrel and interface joints, and restoring benching and channels. All works include cleaning and CCTV camera inspections of pipelines and manholes, and bypass pumping during lining and rehabilitation operations, as this is an active system. Some miscellaneous works are also defined in the scope documents, specifications, and plans. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Award is subject to final approval.
