Site work for a water / sewer project in Spearfish, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each bid in excess of $100,000.00 must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid and all add alternates and drawn on a State or National Bank or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to the Department of Game, Fish and Parks of the State of South Dakota. The South Dakota Department of Game, Fish and Parks reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. The Project work consists of constructing and performing associated services for work generally described as, but not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. The Project generally consists of work necessary to replace two existing water mains for use in fish rearing operations. B. The Contractor will furnish all equipment, materials, supplies and appurtenances; provide all construction equipment and tools; and perform all necessary project labor and supervision. C. The Contractor will coordinate the progress of the work, including coordination between subcontractors, suppliers and Owner to facilitate completion of the work.
