East Colorado Blvd Roadway Improvements Time of Commencement and Completion: Award of the contract will be made as soon as practicable and within thirty (30) days of the bid opening unless the City rejects all bids. Within ten (10) days after Contractor's receipt of the Contract Document, the Contractor shall submit to the Public Works Office the Performance and Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance for this Contract, including worker's compensation. Upon receipt of all Contract Documents the City will issue a written Notice to Proceed. The Contractorshall then schedule a Preconstruction Meeting with the City of Spearfish. Overall Completion Date: October 17, 2025 SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor shall provide and furnish all of the plant, labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services required to perform and complete in a workman like manner and ready for operation all work required materials, labor, and equipment for materials, labor and equipment for construction improvements in accordance with the Specifications, including any and all addenda, which Plans and Specifications are made a part of this Contract, and in strict compliance with the Contractor's Proposal and other contract documents herein mentioned which are a part of this Contract
