Pre-Qualification: Yes Description: BASE BID: Remove and dispose of 12-cylinder style high bay lighting Furnish and Install 9-cylinder style high bay lights in existing locations Furnish and install 3-cylinder style high bay lights in new locations MANDATORY ALTERNATE: Remove and dispose of approximately 85-feet of fluorescent lighting from fixture housing Furnish and install approximately 85-feet of LED downlighting into existing fixture housing When any question or dispute shall arise as to the interpretation and/or implementation of any terms and conditions of this Contract, the determination of the City shall be final. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency regarding construction specifications between these General Terms and Conditions and the Project Plans, City of Waukesha Standard Construction Specifications or the Project Special Provisions, then the construction specifications in the Project Plans, City of Waukesha Standard Construction Specifications and Project Special Provisions shall control.
