Renovation of a mixed-use development in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Phase VI of a kitchen, bathroom, and plumbing system remodeling for Saratoga Heights & Location: 120 Corrina Blvd. Waukesha, Wisconsin 53186 A kitchen, bathroom, and plumbing system remodeling in an existing 6-story midrise senior living facility built in 1972. This is the sixth phase of the remodeling project. The 30 units being remodeled will be vacated; however, the rest of the building will remain occupied General Construction. A General Contractor will administer subcontractors. Prevailing wage rates will apply. Wage interviews are mandatory and will be conducted on a regular basis. Anyone failing to comply with wage interviews will be asked to leave the site. Construction Start: Monday, September 4, 2024 Completion Date: Monday, November 4, 2024 All questions shall be directed to Madisen Maher Architects, 133 W.
