Site work and paving for a civil project in Hailey, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

As of August 29, 2024, project was awarded to Joe’s Backhoe Services Inc in the amount of $115,560.86. The proposed Work includes reconstruction of approximately 720 linear feet of Laurelwood Drive at an asphalt width of 24 feet, including milling of existing asphalt then mixing with imported 3/4 " minus road mix, grading & compacting of said material, and placement of a 2-1/2" thick final asphalt roadway surface. The volume of imported 3/4 " minus road mix shall be equivalent to a depth of 2" across the asphalted area plus adjoining shoulders. The imported road mix under the asphalted area shall be mixed with the milled existing asphalt surface. Additional work includes the ancillary grading of shoulders in order to tie existing borrow ditches into the new roadway surface. Bidders must hold a valid Idaho Public Works License prior to the bid due date. Bidders must submit a list of all subcontractors with their bid. Any objections to the contents or terms of the contract documents, plans and specifications shall be raised no later than three (3) days prior to the bid opening date and time. The City of Hailey reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
