No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Budget $160,000 to $250,000. DESCRIPTION a. General: The work to be completed consists of the removal of the existing old bar screen equipment and installing a new bar screen, electrical and control panels, wiring, brackets, and necessary appurtenances. Incidental items such as excavation, demolition, concrete, placement, surface cleanup, start-up, testing, insurance, and all other appurtenances shall be provided for a complete and functional final product. Contractor shall be responsible for disposal of the old bar screen and components.
