Carmichael Water District (District) is soliciting bids for asphaltic patch and trench paving construction services to be provided on an as needed basis. The District repairs, maintains, and replaces water distribution lines on a regular basis that often require asphalt patch and trench paving work on public roads. The successful bidder will be awarded a three-year public works construction contract that will extend from mid October 2024 to June 30, 2027. All bidders must purchase a complete set of the documents (hard copy or complete download) from ARC Document Solutions to be listed on the 'plan holders list', be considered responsive and to receive subsequent communications such as addenda. Bidders must be listed on the plan holder's list to receive addenda and to be eligible to submit bid. Bidding Documents will be available beginning September 2, 2024 through website All project addenda will be posted through the ARC Document Solutions
