The Carmichael Water District Garfield Well Electrical Improvements is within Carmichael, CA. The project will replace all major electrical power supply equipment and install an emergency power generator at a District water production well. The project estimated construction cost is $1,198,400.00. Contract Documents may also be posted at other major bid houses. The District reserves the right after opening bids to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and award in the best interests of the District. If the Contract is to be awarded, the District will award the Contract to the responsible bidder that submits the lowest responsive bid.
