Saving Project...

Site work for a civil project in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

Contract No.1 - Furnishing all materials, labor, and necessary items for the construction and installation of approximately 6,320 lf of 8" and 12" sanitary sewer pipes, 3,410 lf of 18" and 48" storm sewer pipes, and 2,350 lf of stream restoration. No Bid will be received unless accompanied by a Bid Bond equal to at least five percent of the Bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and file the Agreement, Insurance Certificate, and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds within fifteen days after the Notice of Award. Bids will be accepted from only those Bidders who obtain Documents from the Owner. The Morgantown Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality and/or technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the time set for opening Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed to all parties recorded by Owner as having received the Bidding documents.
