This project has been extended.** Question Deadline: Aug 2, 2024 11:59:00 PM .1 Company intends to provide Proponents with an opportunity to visit the site of the Bay d'Espoir Hydroelectric Facility on the designated date noted in the RFP Timetable. Proponent must register by the date and time in the RFP Timetable. Confirmation of intention to attend the site visit shall be directed to: Attention: Shauna Clark MajorProjects@nlh.nl.ca .2 If confirmation from Company of Proponent's site visit attendance is not received within forty-eight (48) hours, John Skinner at johnskinner@nlh.nl.ca. .3 Failure of a Proponent or a Proponent's Designate to attend one of the site visits shall constitute a reason for the rejection of their Proposal. Proponents need only attend one of these site visits. .4 The first site visit will commence at 8:00:00 AM NST and the second site visit will commence at 1:00:00 PM NST. All Proponents will be given a site safety orientation followed by a tour of the Penstock #1 site. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
