The County of Newell ("County") is a rural municipality located in southeastern Alberta. The County is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide professional engineering services, under a standing offer agreement, for the term of August 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025 inclusive. There will be an option to extend this contract with the mutual agreement of both parties. Services to be provided will include, and may not be limited to: feasibility assessment, design options and estimated construction costs.
