Steel Bid Package 07 Roofing Bid Package 08 Aluminum Curtainwall/Glazing/Metal Panels Bid Package 09 Drywall, Framing, Ceilings, & EIFS Bid Package 10 Casework Bid Package 11 Painting & Caulking Bid Package 12 Flooring & Ceramic Tile Bid Package 13 Terazzo Flooring Bid Package 14 Fire Suppression Bid Package 15 Heating, Plumbing, HVAC Bid Package 16 Electrical, Telecommunication, Security, Fire Alarm Bid Package 17 MRI Shielding BID SECURITY: All bids must be accompanied by bid security payable to the Hospital in an amount equal to at least 5% of the highest total amount including Add Alternates. The bid security may be in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or a bid bond executed by corporations authorized to contract as surety in the State of Iowa. The bid bond shall be executed by the Bidder on AIA Bond Document or Iowa Guide 31. Bid Security shall be in a separate envelope with the sealed bid and shall be forfeited to the Hospital as liquidated damages in the event the bidder fails to enter a contract and furnish a bond within thirty days after his bid has been accepted.
