The Work of the project will be Contract No. P.1 - Plumbing Work Question Deadline 07/17/2024. Prospective bidders may request clarification of the bid documents addressed to Rhinebeck Architecture, attention John Sharkey via e-mail (jsharkey@rhinebeckarchitecture.com). No interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other contract documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every question for such interpretations shall be in writing using the clarification request form, and shall be received One (1) week prior to bid date. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. One hundred percent (100%) Labor and Material Payment Bond and one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder prior to signing the contract. The Owner reserves the right to consider all Bids for a period of forty five (45) days following the bid opening before awarding the Contract, and reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all Bids. Document Note: Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders to all submitting bids. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. Complete digital sets of Bidding Documents, drawings and specifications, may be obtained online. Bid and Contract Documents may be examined at no charge upon appointment at the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District Business Office, Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District, District Offices, 15 Mountain Road, Ravena, NY 12143 and Rhinebeck Architecture, 21 East Market Street, Rhinebeck New York.
