Renovation of an educational facility in Americus, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Base Bid scope of work includes renovations to the lower level of Sanford Hall to include, but not limited to, selective demolition, new partitions, new floor finishes, new wall paint, new rubber base, some new suspended ceilings, some new light fixtures, some new doors, frames and hardware, new room signage, modifications to hvac ductwork, new electrical and data outlets Questions will be received by the Design Professional until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, by email to Alex@2WRarch.com. Email is the only means of communication, phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be issued by Addendum after that date. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount.
