All questions shall be submitted in writing and will be responded to through Addenda sent to all bidders via certified mail, or electronic delivery, with returned receipt. Bidders are requested to submit in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A: 18A 18(b)(2) one Lump Sum Bid for all work and materials. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the City of Burlington Board of Education Offices (Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary, Ms. Ingrid N. Torres-Walsh) located at 518 Locust Avenue, Burlington, New Jersey 08016 on or before the date and time indicated herein. It is recommended that bidders send their responses through the US Postal Service certified mail or overnight mail which provides certification of delivery to the sender or to hand deliver their bids to the Board of Education Offices between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. The Board shall not be responsible for bids lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or otherwise not hand-delivered to the address provided. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A-4(a-c), and N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive any informalities that may be in the best interest of the board.
