A pre-proposal conference will be held on . This preproposal meeting will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams. Attendance is not mandatory;
however, proposers are highly encouraged to attend to have a better understanding of the
requirements of this Request for Proposal. The Evaluation Committee will review submissions and reserve the right to create a short list of vendors based on the factors used to evaluate proposals. Product Demonstrations/Interviews may be scheduled with the short-list vendors. The District reserves the right to use the same weight factors for Product Demonstrations/Interviews as in the Evaluation Criteria or adapt new factors. The District reserves the right to waive minor technical defects in a proposal, reject any and all proposals, reject any part of a proposal, advertise for a new proposal or make the purchase on the open market if the price or services can be obtained at a better price.
