Renovate the following areas, complete including operational mechanical and electrical work and finishes Electrical Power and Lighting: Replace existing system with new construction, keeping existing in operation until ready for changeover. Owner reserves the right to reject Contractor’s measurement of work-in-place that involves use of established unit prices and to have this work measured by its own surveyor, at Owner’s expense All asbestos abatement personnel shall be appropriately licensed or registered in accordance with the Texas Asbestos Health Protection Rules (TAHPR). Onsite personnel shall have their current license and supporting documentation while onsite and readily available upon request.
