1. The Agency has 17 groundwater recharge sites. Some of the sites have more
than one basin. In total, there are 33 individual groundwater recharge basins.
2. The successful offeror(s) will provide support services at the Agency's
groundwater recharge facilities, on an as-needed basis, that may encompass
a wide range of capabilities:
a. Backhoe services
b. Blading services (grader, dozer, etc.)
c. Earth/soil/silt material windrow services
d. Earth/soil/silt material loading and hauling services
e. Silt material disposal services
f. Basin floor grading/contouring services ('low-point' outlet structure)
g. Trenching services
h. Concrete services
i. Dewatering/water pumping services
j. Vegetation abatement/screening
k. Riprap placement/rehabilitation
l. Trash management services
m. Concrete-lined channel cleaning
n. Provide road-building material
o. Roadway re-surfacing services
p. Roadway asphalt repair and/or installation
q. Dozer services
r. Soil "ripping" to 48-inches depth, services
s. Basin floor smoothing services
t. K-rail installation/removal services
u. Hydro-seeding services
v. Slope restoration services
w. Storm flow / spillway construction or restoration services
x. Berm / cofferdam construction or restoration services
y. Shotcrete services for soil structure stabilization
