Renovation of a medical facility in London, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospital.
Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of St. Joseph's Health Care London (SJHCL), and in particular the Facilities Management Department, is looking to establish a partnership with a preferred Proponent, to act as a constructor. The successful proponent will be responsible for the procurement and installation of new Sink and Millwork to replace the existing built in sink and millwork in all patient rooms in the Western Counties Wing, level 3 unit at Parkwood Institute. This will require, but is not excluded to the following: the removal of existing sink and millwork, the supply and install of new faucets, patching and painting of affected and designated walls, and infection control.
