Reference Number 0000272977 RRC Polytech is soliciting for pricing to secure a Vendor to enter a fixed price contract to conduct testing and inspections of the fire dampers at RRC Polytech's Notre Dame Campus (NDC) buildings located at 2055 Notre Dame Ave, Winnipeg. The successful vendor shall be responsible for all tools, equipment, material and personnel to execute the test and inspection. The College reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept, waive, or reject any noncompliance or irregularity, including, without limitation, the right to accept, waive, or reject noncompliance or irregularity with this RFQS process or the requirements of this RFQS.
