Site work for a water / sewer project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes supply and installation of components of the Double Stem Rising Screw Hoist of Gate 2 that are identified as damaged. Additionally, the work includes an inspection of the remaining components to identify any further damage to the hoist. The replacement of any such components will be carried out post-inspection to ensure that the hoist remains in optimal working condition. The Work must be completed by no later than December 1, 2024 Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed.
