Site work and paving for a civil project in Woodbridge, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of BELMONT SEWAGE PUMPING STATION REPLACEMENT. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: o Site Mobilization, Demobilization, and Project Close-out for commencing, concluding, and closing out all project activities as required by the Contract Documents. o Provide new pumping station including new cast-in-place wet well and dry well, with brick and block building located above the dry well. o Provide three (3) dry-pit submersible variable speed solids handling pumps located in new dry well. o Provide new influent structure with two (2) hydraulic channel grinders, slide gates and bypass bar screen. o Provide new piping and valves inside the dry well, including isolation valves, check valves, air release valves, and magnetic flowmeter. o Provide new standby diesel generator. o Provide new activated carbon odor control system. o Provide new heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. o Provide new electrical distribution, instrumentation and control equipment. o Demolition of existing pumping station components. o Conversion of existing wet well, dry well and influent structure to emergency storage o Provide new site fencing. o Site work, including new pavement, regrading, gravity sewer piping and manholes, water main, 24" ductile iron force main to connect to the existing force main, and other miscellaneous improvements. All Work shall be substantially completed within 760 days after the Construction Start Date as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions. B. All Work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within thirty (30) days after the date when Substantial Completion is achieved.
