Reference Number 0000356015 The Project includes installation of water service and sanitary service, base preparation for bathroom structure, and sidewalks at Ford Heritage. Work at Lakeside included removal of existing bathroom structure, removal of existing concrete slab, base preparation for new bathroom structure, hookup existing utilities, install concrete pad and pavilion. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than 5% of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via email only to Elsie Jorgensen at elsie.jorgensen@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 2, 2024. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received after 5:00 P.M. July 2, 2024 may not be answered Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
