Bid submission must include total work time needed to complete project, including any prep time. 2. All required permits, licenses, inspections, approvals and fees for installation and demolition work shall be secured, submitted, and paid for by the contractor, to any and all agencies. All work shall conform to all applicable codes, rules, and regulations. 3. Each contractor is responsible for taking their own measurements. 4. Contractor must provide all equipment and personnel necessary to perform the required services. 6. Contractor must haul away all refuse and clean site after competition of project. Installation of stairs shall include, but not limited to: 1. Removal of old stairs. 2. Rebuilding of new stairs using pressure treated lumber including stair stringers, risers, and threads in accordance with current building codes. 3. Stairs must adhere to Michigan Building Codes. 4. Disposal of all removed materials is the responsibility of the contractor and shall obtain their own dump sites. 5. Site must be cleaned of any debris after installation.
