The City of Harvey is requesting bids from qualified contractors to complete 14 environmental assessments for 14 buildings located at the corner of W. 154th Street and Western Avenue within the City, see the map in Appendix A for building number and corresponding address along with photos of each building. The environmental assessment includes, but is not limited to: Asbestos Inspection, LeadBased Paint (LBP) Inspection; the provision of technical guidance; project management support; and the preparation of a comprehensive report. The scope of work is described in more detail in the following section. Question Deadline 07/05/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Every request for such explanation shall be submitted by email to procurement@cityofharveyil.gov. No inquiry or request received after this deadline will be given consideration. AWARD OF BID: The City anticipates awarding the contract in July 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in part or in their entirety, or to waive any informality or defect in any bid, or to accept any bid which, in its opinion is deemed most advantageous to the City.
