Renovation of a multi-residential development in Harvey, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority of Cook County is requesting bids for the make ready apartment 1208 at Turlington Apartments located at 15306 Robey, Harvey, IL 60426. All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The bid guarantee may be a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bonds at par value, or a bid bond secured by a surety company acceptable to the U.S. Government and authorized to do business in the state where the work is to be performed. Question Deadline 02/06/2025 at 2:00 PM CT The Contractor holds the primary responsibility for supplying and providing all necessary materials, equipment, tools, and labor required to complete the Work, or any segment thereof, in alignment with the Owner's specifications and the stipulations outlined in the Solicitation Documents. o The Contractor is responsible for patching all walls as required. o The Contractor will apply two coats of primer and two coats of paint to all walls. (Behr Paint - Egg-shell) o The Contractor shall replace any missing or damaged baseboards as necessary. o The Contractor is to sand the entry door prior to varnishing (clear). o The Contractor will remove and replace four sets of bi-fold doors. o The Contractor shall remove and replace two interior doors. o Appliances will be supplied by the Owner.
