Site work and paving for a civil project in Rose Valley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
For utility trench restoration, mill, and paving overlay for Thornpath Lane, Prices Lane, Buttonwood Way and a portion of Todmorden Drive. All materials and workmanship shall meet the current PA Department of Transportation Specifications. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply if projected costs exceed $100,000.00. The Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to Rose Valley Borough Rose Valley Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
