Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Improvements to Two Township Parks Work will include, but not be limited to: grading, bituminous paving, seeding, erosion & sedimentation controls, site furniture and other related work. Bid security in the form of a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid amount shall be submitted with each bid. This is a Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage job. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, gender, creed, color, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or in violation of the Pennsylvania Humans Relations Act and applicable federal laws. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informalities, irregularities, or technicalities, including typographical errors, in the bids.
