INVITATION TO BID CAKE SLUDGE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES All Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked distinctly on the outside, CAKE SLUDGE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES BID and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount, payable to the Bloomsburg Municipal Authority. Prospective bidders will be required to register their name, address, phone, and email address at least five (5) working days prior to the date of the Bid Opening. Addendum, if any, will be issued only to those persons of firms whose name and address are of record with the Authority as having obtained a copy of the Bid Documents. Bidders may withdraw their bids before opening, in person or by their agent. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to waive any informality in the Bids received, and to accept any Bid deemed to be favorable to the interests of the Authority. Bids will be taken under advisement and the award of a contract, if awarded, will be made within 60 days after the date of opening of the Bids.
